The capital of United Kingdom will host the final two rounds of Formula E Season 10 on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 July this weekend, with the ExCel circuit in London hosting the 22 drivers on the grid for the fourth consecutive year. This unique track, featuring an indoor section within the exhibition centre, will set the scene for plenty of action and surprises once more.
After 14 hotly fought races over the last six months, with the quality of competition higher than ever, DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT head to London lying third in the teams’ championship.
In the drivers’ classification, Jean-Eric Vergne – Formula E’s only double champion – is currenly 6th: just 28 points off the provisional podium. His team mate Stoffel Vandoorne, who won the series in 2022, is currenly 10th heading into the final double-header of the season.
DS Automobiles – which claimed two double titles in 2019 and 2020 – will aim to maintain its position in both the teams’ and constructors’ championships. In order to achieve this objective, the French premium brand will be able to rely on the talent of its drivers as well as its electric technology know-how.
The final two rounds of Formula E Season 10 will get underway this Saturday and Sunday at 18:00 (CET).
Eugenio Franzetti, DS Performance Director:
“After our strong results in Portland, we can’t wait to get back on track and defend our current podium place in this Season 10. As usual, the final in London is set to be an extremely intense couple of days, with lots of battles among the leaders. I’m sure we will be right in the thick of it! There are still 94 points up for grabs among the teams and DS PENSKE is more motivated than ever to go out and bring home as many of them as possible. A third place on the final podium at the end of the year would be a nice sign of progress from last year, so that is clearly our target!”
