2024 Sao Paulo E-Prix Schedule: Dates and Times

ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is set to return to São Paulo for Round 4 of the 10th season of the electric racing series. The São Paulo E-Prix will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Sambódromo Anhembi, which is a high-speed street circuit that is usually reserved for floats and dancers.

Last season, São Paulo made its debut on the Formula E calendar and provided a thrilling race, with Mitch Evans from Jaguar TCS Racing leading the new and old teammates Nick Cassidy and Sam Bird across the finish line, with the top three finishes covered by just over half a second.

    The first track action gets underway with 30 minutes of practice on Friday afternoon.

Saturday, March 16

  • Free Practice 2 - 07:30 local (10:30 UTC)
    Race day kicks off with the final 30 minutes of practice ahead of qualifying and the race.

  • Qualifying - 09:40 local (12:40 UTC)
    The drivers will duel for the Julius Baer Pole Position.

  • Race - 14:00 local (17:00 UTC)
    The main event will consist of 31 laps for the big prize.
